Heir of Iron Hearts

The story of Ivy, Bear, Jules and Ardan continues. Ardan is showing that he has some true feelings for Ivy but shes having none of it. Her heart is still with Bear and theres a Lot of pining going on. The Summer Court gets involved and we see more of the plots and machinations of the evil aunt. Still enjoying the series, though there are a few errors.

Good story for YA with good character development. Nice balance of story arc, action. Doesnt spend too much time on main characters angst which I appreciate. Im not going to finish the series as I object to having to pay 4.99 for 191 pages. I would be happy to pay more to get the whole series in one book. Authors editing or her editor missed the proper use of feels bad. Linking verb or state of being verb that reflects back on subject therefore needs an adjective not an adverb. I appreciate the proper use of pronouns and otherwise good editing. Sorry, my pet peeve in all the new fantasy literature today.

Good storyline and a remarkably composed protagonist make for a decent read. The books are all simple, easy and not complex at all. This of course comes at the cost of many issues like over simplified plots, not much by way of depth in describing various settings, inexplicable ease with which enemies move around etc.

This one literally just knocks it out of the park. In the first book, it was all about Ivy figuring out who she was. Now, we delve deeper into the politics of Faerie Court, and Ivy learns what it means to be a Queen. I loved this book more than the first one.

Get so caught up In the adventures I cant stop reading. Cant wait to start book three. Great books to read
