Great stuff. Absolutely wonderful. I loved it from beginning to end. I was blown away by the TV show, of course, but the books are even better. Best Ive read in ages. The final scenes are amazing, and had me riveted to my Kindle. Luke Jennings is clearly a genius, and has created two characters for the ages.

I have been watching the series on TV, but have also read both books. I really like both the book and video versions. I know that Villanelle is supposed to be the villain (and she is), but there is something fascinating about this character. She kind of grows on you, but its the fascination a person might have for an exotic poisonous snake; you are drawn to look at it, but you are deathly afraid of it as well. The author does a great job of keeping the reader in suspense as to what crazy, outrageous act Villanelle will commit next. I certainly hope there will be future books because it appears that there is much more action possible.

Audiobook No Tomorrow (Killing Eve #2) by Luke Jennings

Excellent suspense with hooks and a twisted ending. Highly recommend. This is the follow up novel to the original Killing Eve, the basis for the BBC series, available in the USA on BBCA (BBC America). Sandra Oh won a Golden Globe and a SAG award for the role of Eve.

Audio No Tomorrow (Killing Eve #2) narrated by Lucy Paterson

This novel doesnt hold a candle compared to the show. It only shows the genius of Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh in how they bring Jenningss stale characters and poor writing to life in such an energetic and thrilling way. Villanelle and Eve lack the quiet intensity were used to seeing from Comer and Oh in this novel. Change the names of the characters and this could be any story. No Tomorrow has none of Codename Villanelles sick and twisted thrills and unfortunately is a bland, all too humane detective story.

An amazing story – as good as any that I have read. Although there is action, the plot is character driven – and these are two incredible protagonists!
Need to read books in sequence – but read them one after the other to keep the story flowing and not lose momentum.
Luke Jennings is a tremendous writer.
Not sure if I want a sequel, or just leave it where it ends….
