When “Animal Farm” hit the scene first several decades ago it became an instant hit all over the world. People with a taste for literature came running to the markets for this book as it had the perfect satire hidden in sugar-coated pills. In the animal farm, we see a whole community just like the one we have witnessed in the world at the time of the world war.

There are sections of a different animal that represent the people and dictators of different regions. Firstly the theme which emerges is that every animal is equal and no one is superior. Later as we analyze much deeper we see that this theme works on the surface only and from the inside there is a grudge between the animal groups. The pigs represent Napoleon and the other animals also have their identities according to their nature and characteristics. Betrayals and wars can be seen in this little symbolic farm which mocks the human culture to real limits.
The ending shows the total lack of equality in the animal world. It is the way they think about others and also their physical existence in the world. George Orwell got a lot of fame through 1984 but satire in this novel is a real class for every era.
No matter how old this piece of literature becomes it will always remain a classic for the fans. Ralph Cosham does not try to narrate in the style of animals because the message here is important than the accent. For the one listening to this book, it is important that he also possesses some information about the history of the world.
