Our bodies are hardwired and our diet fails every time. Instead of taking that into account, it is probably the extremely low-carb diet that is the real problem. In that situation, we all think that what exactly is wrong with all of us. Why is it so hard for us to retain our simpler diet plan with tuna fish and grapefruit? Why do we feel so hungry a lot of times? What overall is wrong with us in this situation?
We are the ones who do berate ourselves for being weak and lazy. We start believing that the key to our happiness is to lose weight. But, this is the time when we must call spade a spade.
