ORDERS OF BATTLE AUDIOBOOK
Long series only possesses one drawback i.e the audience gets tried to listen to the same situation again and again. If the characters are not very engaging and the author is not paying attention to the story line then it is just a mess that we are witnessing and not a series. Works of Marko Kloos are not like this, the author devotes complete heart and soul to the matter. It is not a series that Marko creates rather it is a new world that gets painted by the pen of the author.
ORDERS OF BATTLE
Each human figure and even the aliens seem to be real life like creatures because of their expression and the heavy and lofty dialogues that they are given. “Feelings” is one thing that separates humans from aliens. The alien race which is invading the human world is with passion but it does not show any kind of emotions for the fellow beings.
On the other hand, Andrew and Halley leave their personal life aside for the service of humanity. So many times they get the chance where they can just run away in a separate ship far away in the galaxy and leave the rest of the humans on their own. Neither of them thinks about such a plan anywhere in the novel. They train more and more youngsters that can help them in stopping the invasion.

Eric G. Dove is not a new narrator but this was his first time with the series perhaps. The narrator was not shy but if the book is kept equal to Fields of Fire and Citadel, then there are a few things that were missing here.
