He is an excellent and unique nonfictional author. Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights? is an outstanding book written by Hutchinson regarding fitness and training.
Endure
The narration of this book is done by Robert G. Slade which was quite frustrating, to say the least. He made quite a few mistakes with pronunciations and that made this audiobook sound too poor to the audience.
Alex Hutchinson is an award-winning National magazine science journalist. He presents to his audience a radical account of the controversial and dynamic novice science of endurance. The potential to endure is the key and it is something that separates the champions. It is something that determines the top performance in any discipline. It could be a 100-meter sprint o an ultramarathon of 100 miles. But, what will be the situation if everything we are made to learn regarding endurance is not correct? What if we possess more potential than we could imagine and push ourselves harder to achieve more in our lives?

This book has superb content for fitness freaks and picking up their game when in the field. However, a lot of listeners feel that it is better to go with the print version of this book rather than picking up the audio copy. It is because of the poor narration by Robert which ruined this audiobook.
