The dark elf has achieved goals and targets in every situation and he surely is a creature of focus and determination. Regis is whom the dark elf wants to save this time as it is transported to the Pasha Pook’s domain by Artemis.
The clever game has been played all over the land; there are different people with different motives and missions all over. Drizzt still hides his true identity because he does not want people and his allies to know who he is from the inside. Along with the barbarian, the elf gets more allies in quick succession and they march towards Pook’s land.

The thrill is present all around because if the journey is delayed somehow Regis will lose life for sure. R.A. Salvatore has given his favorite character i.e the dark elf one more mission for the season and he was up to the task. Fans just love Drizzt fighting his way out of troubles and helping his friends and everyone around at the same time. Drizzt never wants to get praised as a hero that’s why he keeps his true identity hidden all the time.
Regis was a new character here narrated by Victor Bevine. Homeland and The Crystal Shard didn’t possess such unique characters like Regis who are powerful from the inside but still depend on the mercy of their abductor. The climax has been given full attention by the author and the narrator; together the two enhance the charm of the story at the climax. Drizzt’s reality remains hidden from many in this part and the fans would like one more part of the series in this regard.
