WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THERE IS A ZOMBIE OUTBREAK? I asked this to someone I have known for years. I didn’t give a situational scene to be specific. So I would know if where and who are the people she would involve when she imagines herself in a situation. To my surprised, she answered “I will kill myself.”

I asked the same question to myself several times but her answer never crossed my mind. To make the story short, I realize that moment that we have different reasons in every situation we face and when the time ends, that is when we make the final decision.

There are many kinds of books that will make you realize things and even show you a different perspective from every character. This book is no different, I really like its unique story and having to know the past life of the main character as he faced the final moment of his life with his beloved pleases me. So Long, Lollipops offers good characterization that readers may find meaningful, I myself had to take time to appreciate the story. 

Just like Peter, he tried his best to protect the people around him and did everything he could until the last drop of his sweat, that is him being hopeful until he had given a thought of ending his own life instead. But he didn’t. His perspective in life maybe gave him enough strength to fight until the end. 

SO LONG, LOLLIPOPS was narrated beautifully and the characterization was excellent. It didn’t bore me while listening to it. The voice of the narrator has helped me visualized the story well. I highly recommend this audiobook. I will give it a perfect score.
