Allure of Home

Jade is a well to do photographer that is back home with her large family. Her beloved grandma is in a home, soon to pass away. Her family is constantly trying to set her up, she’s the only single one. One night when she’s out photographing she faints and opens up her eyes to a gorgeous male. Talon knows he’s finally found his mate. Getting her to accept that will take work though, work he is happy to do. He knows she is gifted but she doesn’t know that. Danger soon begins to stalk her. Between her grandmother, and her family Jade definitely has a lot on her plate. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Very different from most, with some parallels to myth that I enjoy. It’s family that I really could see with all the ups and downs. 5 stars for keeping me glued , unable to stop reading.

This is a really good book! It’s kind of a Paranormal Romance with a bit of mystery to it. It’s not your typical kind. I’m enjoying it! And I recommend as a good read! The protagonist Jade meets a man Talon Wolfchild, who is unlike any man she has ever known. His skin stays warm all the time, and he smells like pine trees and hot chocolate. This book has intrigue, adventure, and mystery to it. I don’t want to give away too much and spoil it for you. But this is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I look forward to reading more. It’s also the first book in this series, The Gifted. I really enjoyed this book!

Jade is a good person, with a lovely family. This author makes you care about her & her family. I enjoyed this book. The romance isn’t raunchy or in your face. You know, sometimes it’s nice to go slow & easy.
