This book is to the point about defeating the enemy of our souls. The prayers are powerful and a must have for every believer. There are so many facets to the Christian life and I’m so grateful to John Ramirez for writing this book to make us aware of the wiles of the devil but how we can overcome in Jesus name.

Audiobook Armed and Dangerous by John Ramirez

There is so much to grasp. Mr. Ramirez has given not only insight into how the devil operates, but tools to fight his operation. I’ll be reading this again and again.

I am not part of a Christian church, although brought up as one. I bought this specifically to reconnect with my Christian side after becoming involved with a Satanist. When we spilt I could not break the psychic connection and realised how serious things were. This book is written using terms such as the Church of Jesus Christ and terminology of the cross (rather than the stake) and Bible translations slightly different to the one I prefer. So in some of the smaller details we could enter into Christian debate. However, the author is an ex Satanic cult survivor and knows his stuff. The book gives specific, detailed instructions and actual wordings of prayers and proclamations to actually use to break negative connections. It reassures you that you are NOT going mad. This stuff is real. It reminds us we have the power and the mandate over Satan. Not sure? No, nor was I. But for a few pounds, even if you’re a non believer and it’s a placebo effect, this book will do wonders for your self esteem and mental health. The author is genuine and heartfelt and most of all PRACTICAL, it is not self absorbed waffle. He was Satanic and performed rituals himself. You can read it and then take what you want from it. For me the good practical stuff started 28% into the book, so a slow start but really meaty half way through, so stick with it. It’s a potential life saver.

This book is a game changer for anyone seeking to get up and out of the pit of fear and into victory over the schemes designed to destroy our purpose in Christ. I am so glad I no longer feel powerless over the enemies tactics.

John, I too found Christ in 1999 he rescued me from a dark path of drug abuse and the turnaround in my life was nothing short of a miracle, instead of meeting with my friend to do drugs we would meet to do bible studies instead it was awesome. I felt the holy spirit which was greater than any artificial high and it was a turning point for me, my faith was strong for a good 7 years but then the devil attacked me and I bought his lies and lived back in the world for the next 10+ years, I still believed and went to church but was so distant, but he came back from me in a big way and spoke to me through your testimony, and has led me to your book which really opened my eyes. I love the way John speaks through this book. His lingo and humor shines through while also providing powerful statements and advice about how to be a genuine Christian. This book made me feel not so alone in the faith and that there are ways to ultimately defeat the enemy’s tactics against our lives. I folded the pages that had the prayers he provided for the reader to continuously read back on because I believe if we genuinely believe the power of them, they can be very effective. This is definitely a quick and interesting read that will leave you motivated to be an overcomer in Christ. Even after reading through this book one day and saying many of the prayers in it, the enemy tried to attack me in my sleep. I had a bad nightmare that led into sleep paralysis, yet as I felt the pressure on my body I was not afraid because I remembered and knew of the authority I have over the devil because of Jesus. I yelled by the blood of Jesus and said his name too a few times and I felt whatever was pushing me down loosen each time and ultimately let go. I feel as if whatever demon that was had noticed how confident and trusting I was becoming because of this book that he thought he could intimidate me or something in that way. Not on Jesus’ watch. That experience too got me closer to God. Lastly I would like to thank John for being a light in my life. I have grown up Catholic where the word ‘enemy’ or ‘battle’ never really existed. After coming across some of John’s videos on Youtube it made me realize the reality of the devil and how Jesus so wants us to overcome evil. After hearing his testimony this ultimately led me to finding out John was coming to speak in my state and I took up the opportunity to go. I really enjoyed seeing and hearing him in person. He’s a really funny guy who has a gift to share the Gospel and his life experiences in such a unique way. I appreciate this man so much and I pray that God keeps him on the narrow path to heaven. Thank you Jesus
