MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS – So far I am enjoying the interaction of all eight brothers more than I enjoy one particular hero. Zane & Mara hook up at Sebastian\’s wedding & if Sebastian has taught the boys anything its that if something is that phenomenal you hunt her down & force her into submission. 🙂 Mara is only in Ketchikan for one week visiting her best friend but she & Zane agree to \”practice dating\” since neither one of them are familiar with the concept. Sure, sex is off the charts hot and believe me, so far this series has a lot of sex! These Badd brothers seem to have perfect bodies and are highly sexual except for the baby of the family, and I think that is why I can\’t wait to read about Xavier. Anyway, while they date they also talk about their bad experiences in the past that turned them off from dating. Mara especially has been through the wringer, dating a guy who was bullied even more for dating her and she felt responsible for the violence she brought about him & his family. There is no denying that something intense is happening between these two but when Mara desperately wants him to stop her from leaving Ketchikan she is met with silence. They get their HEA eventually & work through their issues but Zane Badd doesn\’t make it easy.

Although this book is considered a standalone, and you don’t actually have to read book one to enjoy this book, you really should…..The series is good so far….and I don’t want to have to keep saying this, because these Badd brothers are all hot, and have strong connections with the women they pic…Jasinda Wilder knows how to write smoking hot chemistry….Also, if you have already read book 1, you will know Sebastian and Dru, at whose wedding reception, BADD ASS begins… ♥️?? When Zane Badd and one of his brothers accidentally get hurt in a “brotherly scuffle” at Sebastian and Dru’s wedding reception, ex Navy SEAL, Zane instinctively calls for a MEDIC, and Ex Army medic, Mara Quinn, just happens to be in the crowd, and her instinct is to go toward that voice…..♥️?? Both Zane and Mara are intending to be in Ketchikan for temporary periods…Zane is trying to fulfill his fathers dying wish, and that puts him working at his family’s bar for the required year…and Mara is meeting her best friend, Claire, who is on a cruise ship docked in Ketchikan for a few days (I have a really strong feeling that we will see more of Claire, soon) …..♥️?? There’s an immediate connection between Zane and Mara, and they spend the night together, agreeing to not let things get “awkward”…..but the next morning, when Mara abides by their “rule”, Zane doesn’t…Mara tries to walk away, and Zane doesn’t want to let her go……Mara has secrets that have kept her from trusting for a long time….but she’s willing to give a “practice relationship” a try…Zane has his work cut out for him if he wants to change Mara’s mind…..and have a real relationship…♥️??

Jasinda delivers yet again! I feel in love with Bast, the first Badd Brother and now I am in love with Zane! If you want a good funny, make you giggle read this is it, with some panty wetting, heart racing sex, this is the book. I couldn\’t get finished with it fast enough, then I wanted more when it was over. You have Zane, an ex Navy Seal that has come back home per his dad\’s last will and testament, trying to reunite the Badd boys again. He has seen death and lived on the edge. He meets Mara, ex Army Medic when she saves one of the brothers who was drunk at the wedding of their older brother and well, being a boy… they agree NSA just one night, but neither of them expected the sparks to fly. I have to tell you those sparks did fly! I love this couple, both stubborn and perfect for each other… It is a must read. I can\’t wait until Brock Badd in Badd to the Bone comes out. I know that Jasinda will again out do herself.

Jasinda Wilder once again has delivered a book that keeps you wanting more and more with each page. A panty wetting, hold your breath, make you feel like you are there, hot steamy sexy book !!! Never short of amazing by keeping you on your toes wondering what each and every page will bring. I couldn\’t read this book fast enough. The story line was brilliant and I loved how the main characters Zane and Mara, were brought together. Each of them with their unique experience in the military to their personal past history. I often times felt myself yelling at the characters in my head. I cannot wait to hear more about them as we read along in each book of this series. 8 super hot sexy brothers from Alaska and 8 different relationships and personalities make these boys so unique. I want them all now, but I will patiently wait for Badd to the Bone, when we learn more about Brock, the next of the Badd Brothers.

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate this cover? Like DAMN! I simply adore the Badd brothers!! This is the second book, and we meet Zane. He is an ex-navy seal, total badass, super tough and kind! Enter Mara, pretty, petite and blond who used to be an army medic. Then sparks fly! I laughed so hard throughout the entire book. Mara is just insanely funny. And the chemistry between the brothers? GOLD! What happens? Let me tell ya, neither Mara or Zane are the \”relationship material \” types, but they both agree to try for the week that Mara is in Alaska for her holiday. And then we are in for one amazing story! I loved it! Will I recommend:? YES! It\’s fun, sexy, and the writing is GREAT!
