Dead Hope audiobook free

I have enjoyed reading these books. My one complaint is too many zombie attacks, there seemed to be one with every turn of the page. I know most zombie fans like all the zombie gore and graphic images the writers can come up with, but to me it makes the story very unbelievable. yes I know its not real,but when reading fiction, I for one want it to feel real! Too many characters were killed for no other reason than to have more violence in the story. If there was as many zombies as was described in these books there would be no survivors! I’m a big fan of the walking dead T.V. show and I would bet it is so popular because they have breathing room between the zombie attacks. I just wish the zombie writers would focus on building the characters than having so much zombie attacks! It would make your stories so much more fun to read and could possible make you a household name!

Dead Hope audiobook Jack Zombie Series

Jack and his crew look for a cure. They try to catch up to Dr Klein. They find alot of trouble along the way. A network of cannibals, why would anyone let one go. A village of survivors trying to stay together looking for help and strong people. Travelling through DC for supplies, between the undead and the living wackos it’s a wonder anyone survives. The characters of the group are well developed, but at times seem to be lost as to how to survive. The cliff hanger ending works for network weekly and mini-series, but it sucks for a story line. It’s make the story longer or give the good guys some prep time. If your reading a series of books it’s usually because you like the characters or the storylines. This one I thought wasn’t quite as good as the first two, but I am interested in the characters fight to survive.

Audiobook Dead Hope by Flint Maxwellm

Me and my wife are enjoying these Zombie stories by Flint Maxwell. This one takes place in the northeast around the Washington DC area. They go on a run to get medicine but naturally things do not go as planned. Mr. Maxwell writes a great suspenseful story and yes there is plenty of gore but it’s needed to show how dire their circumstances are. I hope he won’t end this series anytime soon. If you like suspense and zombies this is a great story to read.

Audio Dead Hope narrated by Neil Hellegers

I read the first three of these books, one after another. I did not realize there were gonna be four. I actually yelled, out loud, at this cliff hanger! That is how interested I am in these books. They are suspenseful, interesting and the charachters are realistic.

I gave this 4 stars as I did quite enjoy these books, the story was good it was well written and well narrated. BUT I found myself disliking the main character very much, in fact I found myself shouting “for God’s sake” quite a few times. But I persevered and got to end of the narrated books, there are a few more to go but I don’t think I’ll bother with those.
