Ender in Exile
At the ending of Ende’s Game, Andrew Wiggin is told that he is not able to live on the planet Earth, who is called the Ender by everyone. He finally came to realize that this is the actual truth. He has become a lot more than a random boy who has won the game. He is the Earth’s Savior. He is a military genius, a hero whose allegiance is sought by every nation of the newly devastated Earth Hegemony. He was given the choice of staying in complete isolation on Eros. It was one of the training facilities of hegemony. The 12 years old decided to leave the comfort zone of his homeworld and embarked on a long journey of the colonies. Valentine, his sister also accompanied him on the journey.
Ender in Exile is the last chapter in The Enderverse novel series. Unlike a few other science fiction novels by Orson Scott Card, the story in this one is predictable. But, at the same time, it was enjoyable as well.
