Wanton Wonderland

I greatly enjoyed this set of stories and this last one was as good as the other two. How nice to finally find out what happens in Wonderland to my favorite characters and those hunky men. It was a fun romp with a few sexy scenes and a devious Queen of Hearts to make things more interesting.

This was a great ending to this Alice in Wonderland trilogy. Things were happy but not perfect which made them feel more real. Definitely my favorite Alice RH!

This was definitely not your typical Disney take on Alice in Wonderland. I enjoyed the storyline in this series.

A great wrap-up to this redo story of Alice in Wonderland. Lyssa has come into her own and is stepping out from a past life of being in the background always taking care of everyone, to being on her way to become a Queen. She has gained the confidence needed to not only take care of those in need but to also lead. It was really well done showing how she makes the transition. There is some much love, loss and heartache as she goes along, but it is worth it with three hot Wonderlandian men by her side. Their chemistry was so awesome and they all learned that maybe part of being in love was not holding the one you loved back. The writing was just great for this theme with the disjointed and backwards dialogue of some of the characters. I do not know how the author did that, that in itself had to be a challenge to pull off. Another great series by Eva Chase not to be missed. I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed.

As we left Wrathful Wonderland, our heroine and her men were in precarious positions: one held hostage by the insane Queen of Hearts, another hit by a fast-moving vehicle, and the others left behind to try and salvage a rebellion that\’s missing two of its key leaders. Nevertheless, Chase finds a way to bring them back together, some sooner than others, and give the Wonderlanders back their chance at a life that\’s free from the Hearts\’ tyrannical rule. Lyssa continues to find herself, learning how to become more queenly as well as comfortable with the role that Wonderland requires her to play. Her open heart and compassion are my favorite aspects of her character, and they really continue to resonate in the way she deals with both the people and creatures of Wonderland. The gentlemen really get their chances to shine. Chase is good at giving each man his own revelations, swoon-worthy moments, and resolutions that flesh out their roles as individuals and their relationships with Lyssa. They each get moments in the spotlight, intimate scenes that give them their chance to realize love and sacrifice and commitment. It\’s very sweet that no man steals the others\’ chances to grow, and there\’s a good balance in their perspectives, so I felt like I got what I wanted from each of them. The action is well-paced, and the victory happens in a way that makes sense yet stays creative at the same time. I like the solutions that wind up sealing Wonderland\’s fate with its new queen, and I think, although it might not end as dark as some might have thought, it ends in a way that stays true to the characters, and that\’s my #1 wish. Overall, I enjoyed this journey through another fresh take on Wonderland, and I\’m looking forward to what Chase has going on next!
