Lonesome Dove Audiobook
Lonesome Dove is a genre fiction novel. It is the third chapter of the Lonesome Dove Saga. The book is written by Larry McMurtry. He was an American essayist, author, screenwriter, and bookseller. His literary work was usually set in contemporary Texas or Old West. Comanche Moon is the best novel by the author. Another brilliant literary piece from the author is Dead Man’s Walk.
Lee Horsley is the narrator of this chapter. It was not a very good narration. The issue was actually with the technique of the narrator which looks flawed. You could hear the loud breathing of Lee throughout the very annoying novel.
Lonesome Dove
This book tells the story of love and adventure. This is the greatest ever novel written regarding the very last insolent wilderness of America.
There is a journey discussed to the small Texas town of Lonesome Dove. There you will come across a memorable assortment of outlaws and heroes, ladies and whores, settlers and Indians. The novel is found to be extremely beautifully written, richly authentic, and quite dramatic as always. The Lonesome Dove would make all its audience weep, laugh, memorize and dream about a range of things.

The story of the book is good. You will find it to be entertaining, revisionist, and evocative. The writing in general was just so beautiful. However, the poor narration made it a forgettable experience for the audience. The narrator Lee Horsely is a renowned actor for his excellent roles in TV series which include Matt Houston, New Wolfe, and Paradise, etc. But, he completely failed to deliver something really good and tolerable for the audience here.
