Reacher does not stop when he aims at something and stopping him is also impossible for everyone. Mother’s Rest is the next village to which Jack reaches without any purpose or aim in his mind. The name of the town brings an important question in his mind i.e why the town is named in such away. He wanted to know about the true meaning and origin behind the name so he started asking people but no one answered anything.
People of the village treated him as an alien or there was a chance that they were trying to hide something other than the origin of the name i.e Mother’s Rest. Stroll in that countryside made Jack meet Michelle Chang who thinks that Jack is her partner from the city. Jack also has all the time in the world to give it to that troubled lady who decided to help her find her partner.

The two walk along and carry on with their investigation. Dick Hill gives them a casual voice to convey the message to the listeners that the two characters are not aware of what is coming towards them. While investigating Chang they increase the number of warm enemies who want to kill them before they reach the conclusion point in their investigation.
Those fans who thought Lee Child looked tired in A Wanted Man and Never Go Back should listen to the final part of this book. Lee is back in full form after this and the series will keep on providing such marvelous stuff to the new and old listeners.
