The author of the book argues that those who have a fixed mind-set are less likely to thrive than those with a growth mind-set. She also mentioned false growth mind-set and truer growth mind-set.

I admire the author and the book itself but the narrator didn’t do well in delivering the story. 

I have learned that the way we approach things defines success and success determines the results.
