Logan Becker is the lead tour guide at Scooter Whiskey. He’s worked hard for this job, and he takes it seriously. Mallory Scooter has done her best to avoid working at Scooter Whiskey, she never wanted to be a part of her the business her family started. However her hands are tied, and she makes a deal with the devil, her father. She didn’t think it would be that bad, until she walks in for her first day and discovers that Logan Becker is her new boss. To say that the Becker and Scooter families don’t like each other is an understatement, but there is something about Logan Becker that she can’t ignore. As Mallory and Logan spend more time together, they both realize there is more to the other than meets the eye. Logan and Mallory are quickly falling for each other, but are the ready for the consequences of that? I absolutely loved Logan and Mallory. Mallory is full of fire and sass and I love that in a heroine! As for Logan, that sweet Becker boy, he is so much more complex and a little nerdy and is was just the sweetest! These two make one fierce coupling, and I couldn’t put this book down! This book is so beautifully written, and full of angst. I swear Kandi is like the Queen of Angst and pulling at her readers heartstrings in the best way possible! If I could give ‘Neat’ more than five stars I would, and I cannot WAIT for the next Becker brother. I need all of these boys to find their happily ever afters!

My Oh My! I’m so beyond OBSESSED with the Becker boys! I thought I Noah Becker had captured my heart in On the Rocks. Well..Geez! My Hell,Y’ALL! His Brother, Logan, just caused a plummet so hard and fast in love, lust and obsession with at things Logan Becker town, I don’t know that I will ever come down from this sweet and swoony high I’m on! So yes, this was in fact an new twist on an old Romeo and Juliette-ish tale. But where ol’ Romeo and Juliette were all “where for art thou” and corsets and goblets of wine in fair Verona. Here in Stratford, Tennessee, we all whiskey, rustic wood and a delicious little twanging lilt to these Southern boys! A personal favorite of mine. Logan Becker is hotter than biscuits and gravy. He has a reputation around town, but he is SO much more than that. He is not at all who people think he is. He is beyond gorgeous and a rough and tough Becker Boy. He’s also funny, and a neat- freak OCD super planner. He has the best family, and the love and respect of so many people. He is amazing and takes so much pride in his work. He has worked for years at the distillery as the lead tour guide, with plans that when Max Scooter retires from his job, it will be his and the Becker legacy his father and grandfather worked so hard to build, will live on at Scooter Whiskey. Everything seems to be going occurring to his carefully mapped out plans. That is until Mallory Scooter returns to town and as his new trainee in the tour guide department. She not only has the last name that can derail all his plans at that promotion, but he has also secretly harbored a crush on this vibrant beautiful girl for the last ten years. Mallory, with her colorful tattoos, sparkly piercings and IDGAF attitude is unlike anyone he has ever met. They would be disastrous together. No one in their families would be okay with it. Will Logan take the risks anyway? What if they can come up with a mutually beneficial relationship that works for them both, can they walk away when it’s over? Mallory Scooter is this bright ray of sunshine woman in a bland room. She is sassy and gets Logan riled up like no other. When she first arrives to work to train under him it’s under duress. It’s a means to an end. It’s only to help her get what she wants. She is drawn to the extremely hot, but organized Logan. But when he has attitude after she first shows up she decides to push his buttons. The tension between them is explosive! I wanted Logan for her, she deserves this sweetheart of a guy. She left home as soon as she could and didn’t want to ever come back. My heart hurt for her. Her backstory isn’t sweet, she didn’t have what Logan did growing up. I love the way he looks at her. Like no one in her life ever has before. She loves his organization and his love of books. He’s sensitive and sweet, but holy god he’s alpha and hot AF! For each other they are perfect. There’s just that small matter of…their families hating each other. I love this series so much. This couple especially hit my heart hard. I can’t wait to hear updates about them in Mikey’s book. If you are looking for a new Small Town Romance series. I promise this is it. Set in beautiful Tennessee with a Whiskey Distillery as the main backdrop of this amazing series. You will be drawn into the world of all things Becker boys and the girls that capture their hearts. They raise raise hell and drop panties. They love their momma and have manners and drive big trucks. Don’t miss out on this Series. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it!! *I voluntarily reviewed an advanced complimentary copy of this book! My cr8zysockbookblock blog wrap up for this book! ⭐⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️⭐-I LOVE Kandi Steiner! This series quickly captured my heart and I haven’t looked back. It has everything. This is one of those times where imma throw in an a sixth star because this book deserves it and because I’m extra AF! ?????- Holy Desus Y’all!! Logan and Mallory couldn’t be any hotter! I’m talking like napalm, sexual napalm! ?? ?Cliffhanger Warning-NO CLIFFY! I Love Endings Like This #Perfection

Audiobook Neat (Becker Brothers #2) by Kandi Steiner

The Becker family has a long history with Scooter Whiskey Distillery because their grandfather helped his best friend start the distillery years ago. Sadly, there was nothing in writing protecting the Beckers\’ interest, and when the Scooter patriarch died, the gentlemen\’s agreement died with him. In spite of their father\’s suspicious death in a fire at the distillery, the Becker boys continue to work for the Scooters and uphold their father\’s legacy. Oh, and did I mention that the Beckers hold the Scooters in the lowest possible regard? These two families are the modern-day equivalent of the Montagues and the Capulets. Logan Becker went to work at the distillery straight out of high school, and his dedication and conscientiousness have made him the top tour guide at Scooter Whiskey. He has hopes of being promoted to manager when his boss retires, but first he\’s tasked with training Mallory Scooter as a tour guide when she\’d rather be anywhere else than working in the family business. But she has a deal with her father: she\’ll work at the distillery in exchange for the financial backing to open her own art studio. Once again I find myself drawn into the quaint small town of Stratford, TN, a colorful, welcoming place with no shortage of quirks, where the Scooter family is treated like southern royalty. The Becker family may be regular folks, and those Becker boys may be considered trouble, but their loyalty to the family flows through their veins and they always have each other’s back. Add in the theme of star-crossed lovers, (because a Becker and a Scooter together? Yeah, there are exactly zero people who think that’s a good idea!) and we have the setup for a delightfully entertaining, if not deliciously inviting, read. Seriously, Mallory Scooter is the last person I would pair with Logan Becker. He\’s buttoned up, precise and perfectly ordered and she\’s . . . not. Mallory is still working through some leftover teenage rebellion towards her father, and no one can subdue her impetuous free spirit. This is the point where I tell you to buckle in and hold on tight as the shenanigans and fireworks commence. Because as opposite as these two are, their road to finding their forever is loads of fun and highly amusing. Toss in a little drama, heat and angst, and it’s the perfect combination for a supremely satisfying read. As wrong as they seem for each other, Mallory and Logan are perfect together, and her finding her home in him is something I felt to the depths of my soul. *happy sigh* Although there is a thread of mystery surrounding the Beckers\’ father\’s death that runs through the series, these books can be read as standalones, and you’re not going to want to miss any of them. Maybe it’s their strong sense of family, their teasing and bickering, or the way they keep their father\’s memory alive by dancing with their mom after dinner as their dad did every night of their marriage, but there’s something so compelling and appealing about these Becker boys. So get started with Logan and Mallory\’s story and then catch up with Noah and Ruby Grace in On the Rocks so you’re ready when the next book comes out. While you’re doing that, I’ll be impatiently waiting for Michael\’s book. I have a feeling it will break the Becker mold, and it’s going to be amazing, too! *I read an early edition of this book freely and voluntarily, having made no commitment to provide feedback and receiving no compensation of any kind from any source.

Audio Neat (Becker Brothers #2) narrated by Holly Warren Jean-Paul Mordrake

Mallory is the daughter of the owner of the whiskey distillery that Logan works in. Logan’s family have always worked there and are tied to its beginnings, as his grandad helped Mallory’s grandad build the business. Although they’re so tied in the history of the place both families don’t get on and there’s animosity between them. Mallory begins work at the distillery under the guidance of Logan, who’s teaching her how to be a tour guide. Logan has always had the biggest crush on Mallory but knows due to her surname, they can’t ever be. Things start getting complicated as they spend more time together and get to really know each other. They both realise that, they’re it for each other, but due to their surnames are scared to take it to the next level. Love Logan’s brothers and Mum, they sound like the most awesome family to be part of. Really enjoyed how they’re closer to solving the mystery of their dad. Can’t wait to read the next book, hoping they solve the mystery then.
