Redshirt is a superb novel with Three Codas. It is a science fiction fantasy book which is written by John Scalzi. He is a renowned name in the science fiction domain. The Ghost Brigades novel of the author made a grand impression among all the science fiction book enthusiasts. Agent to the Stars isn’t a bad book either from the author.
The narration of this book is done by Wil Wheaton. He gave one of his finest performances in this novel and it deserves full credit for the audience.
Redshirts
Ensign Andrew Dahl has his task cut out on the Universal Union Capital Ship. It had the name Intrepid. It was a very prestigious posting and Ensign Andrew was quite thrilled about it. It was more so because of his assignment in the Xenobiology laboratory of the ship. Life can never get better until he starts to pick up on the different existing facts.
The first one was about all of the Away Mission that comes with some sort of a lethal hostility with the existing alien forces. Secondly, it was the captain of the ship and the chief science officer who was a charming man, Lt. Kerensky. His team survived all of the confrontations from the aliens. Third and last, one lower rank member of the team always gets killed.
A great deal of energy not surprisingly is expended below decks at all costs, while being given to an Away Mission. Andrew stumbled upon the information which eventually transformed his understanding of the reality of Intrepid, starship.
The characters created by Scalzi were unique and clever. The story you will find o be quite poignant, funny, and highly creative.
