This very book is written by Jonice Webb Ph.D. and co-authored by Christine Musello PsyD. Jonice Webb is a renowned psychologist and has experience of almost 25 years. Apart from subject one, her other bestselling book on personal development is Running On Empty No More.
The narration of this book is done by Karen White. The performance was poor where Karen mostly sounded like a robot. On top of that, the narration was slow-paced as well. You need to increase the audio speed of this book by at least up to 1.25X to make it sound much better.
