A straight forward book in typical Kevin Heart style about learning to rewire thoughts and learning how to create a positive out look that fits YOUR LIFE not everyone else’s. I would give this 6 stars if Amazon allowed it.

So far, what I hear is that Kevin listens and follows up on his curiosity in everything he does. He’s super observant and uses it to grow and go beyond his current level. I love it. I love the insights.

Trust me on this!! Let Kevin Hart be your life coach. You will not regret it. This book is funny, smart, relatable and honest-to-goodness spot-on motivating. Listened while exercising. Made me exercise harder!! Gifting it to friends ASAP!

I cannot say enough great praises about Kevin Hart’s Audio. I wish i had this as a child and grew up with what he says being a go to in my thought process. I don’t know where to start he covers so much about everyday struggles and how to just accept it and strive to be a better person. Most positive book ever. I will re-listen for years to come.
