Liked the general wisdom. Disliked repetition, same phraseology, as well as concepts, over and over ad nauseam. Wisdom now a days seems dished out like ice cream, so much so that it can be dismissive as well as misleading of the time and work of true growth. Were wisdom concepts as easy as writing about them, we would meet a lot of wise, mentally healthy, robust and flourishing people every day. Working with people who have experienced crises, I know it can take decades to grow enough to be motivated more by love than fear, or to flourish post traumatically. Too superficial a treatment of the human condition for me.
