‘Key of Valour’ takes us to the last quest to find the third key. It’s Zoe’s turn and she’s gonna have to find the courage to trust her heart and go for what she wants.

I had an absolutely wonderful time getting to see Zoe and Brad falling in love even though Zoe did annoy me in the last chapters because she didn’t want to accept what she felt (and what Brad felt for her). I felt it took her so long to accept her feelings and it frustrated me. But I loved Brad because he had a lot of patience with her.

And speaking about Brad, he was a sweetheart! My favorite parts of this book definitely include his scenes with Simon. It was a pleasure getting to see man and boy loving each other. The only issue I had with one of the scenes is that a couple of dialogues were a copy of one of Nora Robert’s books: Sea Swept. It is my favorite book from her. I’ve read it plenty of times so as soon as I saw the dialogues I knew where it came from. It bothered me and I wish it could’ve been said different.

But keeping that aside, I liked there were barely sexist comments. And I liked seeing more of Flynn, Malory, Dana and Jordan, too.

The climax with Kane wasn’t as interesting as book 2. I was definitely expecting something bigger. But in the end, I’m just glad the villain was vanquished and Rowena and Pitte got to finally have their HEA. I even cried with that part and it was my favorite moment from the whole book.

The last book in the Key trilogy was an interesting and great conclusion.

The series as a whole was a pleasure to read because it has the essence of Nora’s oldest series. Sure, I’ve enjoyed her new ones but there is nothing like her old and classy. There’s something about the writing and characters that stand out from the more recent ones.

If you’re looking for a series about love, friendship, family (and you don’t mind a couple of sexist comments here and there) this is the series for you.

What a great conclusion to this trilogy. While Zoe could get a bit annoying with the self sacrificing and flippy flopping on some decisions, I really like her character. And of course who couldnt love Brad…it would have been cool to see Brads parents meet and spend time with Zoe and Simon. I honestly think Moe was the star of the whole trilogy, lol. Where can I find a dog like him?

Nora Roberts has outdone herself’ I have enjoyed all the series that I have read so far but this is the only one that has left me amazed and stunned so much. It would make some fantastic movie but what the movie industry would do to it would not come close to giving it justice. This series has left such an impact on me that I will not be able to pick up another book at the moment. The adventure, the fantasy and reality of it all , the journey that all 3 women take and accepting the stakes with such courage (or stupidity in some opinions) I am looking forward to reading some more of Ms Roberts books but I think I will go on to read something light until the dust settles a little. Thank you Ms Roberts!!

The Key Series, by Nora Roberts is now my new all time favorite I don’t want to give away the storyline, but I loved the metaphysical flavor, the magic of all three books in the series. This trilogy is a “feel good” series which I’m sure I’ll reread from time to time. I loved how the author brought every character to life and made the reader feel like he/she was actually in the story. Just awesome!. The storyline started off really good with the first of book 1 of the series and just kept building, getting better and better all the way through the end of the third book in the series. You really must read this trilogy!!

So many layers to the storyabout love, relationships, finding ourselves, trusting ourselves, love over fear, being vulnerable, each played in important part. Oh, Bradley with Simon was really something. Zoe kicked ass. There was suspense to the end. One of the most fulfilling endings Ive read in a long time.
