I bought this book and regret it, now listened to Elizabeth day podcast which is awful, generic advice that can be summed up in 1 page to not shy about failure and to keep improving continuously… really? Waste of time and money, I will be not reading again, this awful book, not worth the price, i failed with buy this book. Go to library and read other books or read a basic summary on how to overcome failure elsewhere.
Do not make the mistake I did with all these 5 star reviews. Just “don’t shy away from failure”

‘Failure is also not what other people tell you it is. Your experience of failure is personal. As much as possible, it should exist separately from the judgement of others. Other people’s perceptions are skewed by their own emotional, cultural, familial and professional baggage and are not always going to be the best marker of how you should live your life.’
Failisophy is Elizabeth Day’s seven key principles of failure based on her own experience of failure and the failures of her podcast guest.
Witty, insightful and at times it choked me up, I devoured this in two sittings. As an avid listener of the How to Fail podcast, I couldn’t help but read this in her voice!

Audio Failosophy: A Handbook For When Things Go Wrong narrated by Elizabeth Day
Elizabeth Day has always been such a light for me this lockdown. Since being invested in her podcast ‘how to fail’ from the very beginning, I have always had a deep love and appreciation to her openness towards the subject of failure. This book not only celebrates failure, but articulates it in such a forgiving, honest and compassionate way for the reader. Every time I put it down, I would feel a bit lighter and more reassured.
