Three Women Disappear

I read all of JPs books. I enjoy the ones that even the critics dont like. Im on page 82, and I dont think I can read anymore. I love mysteries, I dont love games. This isnt even fun. I feel like its a waste of time and paper. Usually, his chapters leave you wanting to devour the next chapter. You cant wait to find out what happens next. I do not care what happens. Not at all.

I am an avid reader. I read between 2 and 3 books per week. I have read and enjoyed James Patterson’s books whether coauthored or not. This is truly one of the worst books I’ve ever read by any author. Disjointed, unbelievable, and boring.

I really wish James Patterson would just stick with the main series that have given him such acclaim. The Alex Cross, Michael Bennett, Women’s Murder Club are great collaborations and worth the wait. These independent collaborations stories are just not his style, but the other author. I have been really disappointed with character development and story arc. Especially the last few novels we’re not even original story lines but regurgitated from news stories and slapped together for a profit. I think I will be more selective in my purchases of collaboration novels of James Patterson.

For the first time, Im a bit disappointed. Three Women Disappear was difficult to follow. Too much back and forth between characters for me. Come and Get Us just didnt seem like Patterson, possibly too much of the co-author?
