Your Captivating Love

I\’ve loved this series so far! The story is sweet and just the kind of thing you need to take your mind off of the stresses that life has to offer! I laughed, swooned, and truly enjoyed this story. Carly Robins was a good narrator but by my personal preference I did not like that her voice would change in volume so frequently. There were multiple minutes of strain to hear, so I\’d turn up the volume only to be blasted out by her sentences the next. So make sure your hearing is on it\’s \”A\” game. Otherwise the entirety I\’d recommend to anyone who loves HEA, a steamy romance, and an amazing family series thrown in.

I picked this whole series because Carly Robins narrated this book. At first, I was not going to listen to it because I was put off by the audiobook’s cover art (a literal lesson in “don’t judge a book by its cover”), but Carly is one of my favorite narrators. Boy, I’m glad I listened! I was very disappointed after reading several negative reviews slamming Carly. Don’t pass this series by just because of a few rude reviewers. Listen and draw your own conclusion.

This is a low angst so sweet story. The couple, Nadine and Logan, are nice, adoring, and loyal to each other. There were only a couple of times when they had a minor argument. So, if you\’re looking for a love story that is all about the love, this is a great story. I really enjoyed it- I thought it was a little too sweet in that it could have been shorter given there was nothing to foil but if you\’re in the mood for that, this is a fantastic example. The audiobook, which I listened to via audible escape, was well done and Nelson Hobbs and Carly Robins did a great job playing their characters.

I love this author however the narrators were horrible and I could not continue. I will download this from kindle and read it instead.

This was a nice modern romance with interesting characters. I tend to go more for the historical romances, but this was a nice change.
