Redemption audiobook free
I really looked forward to this novel because of its setting and reputation, but did not enjoy it. As a previous reviewer suggested, the backgound of the Irish freedom struggle, Gallipoli, and some discussion of the imperialist rationale for WW1 are fascinating and well-woven into the narrative, but as a whole this \”listen\” failed me – I suspect it\’s mostly due to the often abrupt abridgements. The \”action\” scenes are probably very well-written, but I have little appreciation for those.

Redemption audiobook streamming online
I went right from the excellent Trinity with its outstanding narrator to Redemption without taking the time to read carefully and ascertain that it was an abridged version. Why would Audible offer the first in this series as an extremely well done unabridged version and follow up with this less mediocre sequel. Very disappointing.

Audiobook Redemption by Leon Uris
This was a gut wrenching book (especially if you have an Irish background). A book that leaves you wanting more. I wish that this had been an unabriged book.

Audio Redemption narrated by Charles Keating
unfortunately, when I was about three-quarters of the way through listening to this, I discovered it was an Abridged version. if I was warned that it was abridged, I would not have bothered.

basically half of this book is covered in the book Trinity. I wouldn\’t spend the money on it. it is a bit of an overstatement to call this a sequel.
