Lauren Landish creates such well developed characters, it\’s like you know them and are experiencing all the heat, passion and emotional turmoil right along with Rose and Nic. I could sympathize with both sides, feeling the chemistry yet concerned if this relationship could possibly work. Landish accurately portrays all the the pregnancy turmoil of emotions and doctor visits letting my own memories help lead the story.Throw in Trey and Brad with their caring and humor and it\’s a listen you don\’t want to miss! Seasoned narrators Brittany Pressley and Neslon Hobbs bring out the best in the story. Pressley gives a wonderful portrayal of Rose. She is strong, yet vulnerable and gives us the feelings of a woman that will get through anything. Hobbs is perfect as Nic. He has emotion in his voice that will make you love him from the very start. Add the baby in, and you can sense his masculinity with that hint of vulnerability making you fall for Nic. It\’s a perfect team for this story.

First off this is my 10 Lauren Landish audio. Love this series and onc I saw the blurb and the narrators I had to get it and listen to it . This is a great story. Lauren writes from heart and it shows . Hero is Nickalos . Heroine is Rose . Rose has everythings she always wanted but there is one thing missing, what you say …. a baby . Rose has a plan . On the day she decides to go for it somethings magical happens. She goes to a dinner/Bar and connects with a Nick . Its a hot steamy night that burned the sheets . Rose leaves the night only leaving a note . 2 months later Rose gets a surprise . Nick cant get Rose out of his mind . Nick gets a big suprise when he sees Rose again by chance . Your wondering what the suprise is with both Rose and Nick is . Grab it and see . So love The narrators. , Nelson Hobbs is fantastic, even his women voice parts is great . He has a smooth clear voice. Brittany voice is clear and great .

Lauren Landish does not disappoint. I love how she writes developed characters and the story is well plotted, the imagery is realistic, and the issues in the books are real. Rose and Nick have great story in this book. There are so many layers to this book, which I love. I thought that both Nelson Hobbs and Brooke Bloomingdale fit this book perfectly. They each added realistic emotions. I loved how they had chemistry of Rose and Nick. I will definitely listen to more by this author and narrators.

Sadly this book was not as good as I had expected it to be. The guys voice and description dont match the book cover. The story line was cute about but a one night stand with an accidental pregnancy. The main character rose seemed strong and independent-ish. I hated one part where she basically shamed pregnant women who gain weight. I have never been pregnant but that sentence really made me pissed off. Overall it was a cute read but I dont think I would recommend it to anyone or read it again.
