Alexander Freed talks about war more as compared to conspiracies in his stories of the Star Wars saga. The author likes to see the heroes engaged in war because of chance and coincidence after which they fight their way out of trouble. Alphabet Squadron (Star Wars) and Victory’s Price (Star Wars) are loaded with such incidents when the group of soldiers found themselves in the middle of a big mess.
Without any preparation, the heroes come to the middle of a battlefield in Alexander Freed’s stories, and then instead of preparing or thinking they launch themselves into action. Personal losses; love affairs and bigger goals like that of Darth are not there in such parts.
BATTLEFRONT: TWILIGHT COMPANY
Concentration has always been laid on the action and the rise of the good against the evil. A squad of elite members in this novel was just minding its own business when it found itself on a battlefront all of a sudden.
A war was going on between the good and evil of the land, the soldiers think that the time to prove their worth on the battlefield has come and they just launch themselves into it. Lives are lost after that and sacrifices are made but the heroism just never dies. Jonathan Davis has narrated many parts before this one and this is the first time he has been allowed to set himself free in full potential. There were no rules and regulations which the narrator had to follow this time; all he had to do was to give the whole energy of his voice to the soldiers fighting bravely on the battlefront.
