I’m not sure how anyone can take the time to properly review this book as I’m personally pining to rush to the next installment. Just as the first, it is a non-stop page turner full of action, emotion, and the obvious steamy sessions. After this book, the author leaves you edging….for the next book. Each chapter is an absolute page-turner with the best turn of events always saved for the last possible second. Penelope Sky knows how to hook a reader into feeling satisfied but always needy for more.

Buttons and Hate audiobook Series Buttons
The saga of Pearl and Crow continues and it only gets better. Book 2 jumps right in where book1 left off. I rated it a 4 an improvement from the previous 3. The relationship between the MCs is in constant flux, growing then receding, blossoming then wilting, on fire then encased in ice. The negatives, the sex scenes are becoming repetitive. Some suspension of reality was required in order for me to accept Pearls strength and fighting skills. Also for 2 smart people they are so oblivious or in extreme denial of their feelings. Regardless I’m really looking forward to book3.

Audiobook Buttons and Hate by Penelope Sky
This is the kind of story that would make a great movie!
Never a dull page in the books with characters that you will love to hate, and hate to love. Bravo MS Sky…I’m totally hooked on your storylines!

Audio Buttons and Hate narrated by Samantha Cook
You know what, I can honestly say I did not expect that ending. I thought this was going in a different direction, and I was honestly afraid of getting bored. But man, I was wrong! Penelope Sky weaves a great tale! It’s sexy as hell, and I admire Pearl so much. Crow and Pearl are *chef’s kiss* perfection

Only took a star away because of the contrived break ins. So, Cane got into Crow’s home and did some serious damage. Yet, doesn’t Crow have guards? Some better security? Same thing when Pearl’s room window is simply broken into. Where are the guards?!?! Cane stops over to Crow’s house to have a face to face convo with Pearl.. and Crow never knows about it? It wasnt a secret visit. Broad daylight. All that. Umm…he’s an arms dealer. Who’s dodging a killer. Is there NOT a camera on the house to tell him someone stopped by!? Just things like that frustrated me.
