I’m VERY disappointed in this book…Was boring and stretched out….With silly humor..the Author marries off one of the “Team” to a STRANGER (it should have been Jack, Paige, or Maya) yes a stranger, Talk about breaking the team apart….This is just as bad as what another author did to the Bad Company by killing off a FAMILY member…..Why change something that works???? Another series down the tubes

Issues needed to be discussed and explained. Learning about Molly’s parents tells us (the readers) why she has made some of the decisions we didn’t quite understand. I completely get it. Yes, the book wasn’t as exciting as some of the others, but I finished it just as quickly as I did all the rest. Personally, I like how the characters are being explained and built upon. I recommend this book every bit as much as I have all the rest of the series.

Audiobook Committed (Age of Expansion: The Ascension Myth #9) by Ell Leigh Clarke Michael Anderle
I’m sorry to say I’m disappointed. My comments may sound vague, but I do not want to give away the plot. The story had so much possibility, but the end product just didn’t carry through. What could have been a fun, exciting read seemed to me to be rather shallow and rushed. I kept reading, hoping to get some of the “magic” that I found with the other books in this series, but it was not there. Another disappointment was the humor rarely reached me. It felt forced, and many times just too silly. I hadn’t felt like that in the other books. Additionally, the decision that the “couple” made felt wrong and forced on them by the author. The male character has had a strong personality and depth in many books. This characterization may have been portrayed early in the book, but later it felt like the author failed to carry forth his true depth of character, which to me is just sad. The few sentences providing reasoning and justification of the couple’s decision seemed to have been written as an afterthought in hopes of upholding said character’s personality.

Every time you think thinks are winding down, they shoot off in some new, and fascinating, direction. Great fun, as always.
(And no, Eillie, MA isn’t – ever – gonna kick you out. But, like the Yoda he is, you fill his heart when you learn to stand on your own.)
p.s. Yes, I speed-read, but I totally picked up on what Molly was ready to do… 😉

I know some reviews did not like the marriage thing but I get it. Molly is looking for Sean who has disappeared and they think may be died. The University is under attack from outside sources and someone is hacking into Mollys interests. Wonder who that could be well I am not going to say so you will have to read it to find out, so what are you waiting for!!!
