Common Goal (Game Changers #4)

Although this book was really sexy, I found the story to be a bit frustrating. Reid creates really charming characters and an interesting enough premise, but the plot it’s stuck in inertia. Throughout the book she creates multiple outlets, that if explored, could have made for a rich storyline. Instead, the entire book revolves around the same repetitive insecurities, which create a story that’s one dimensional and all of the possibilities that would have made the book more interesting were simply tied up in a nice little bow during the epilogue. The repetition was a bummer. That said, the characters are charming, the narration is excellent and the chemistry between Eric and Kyle is super steamy. Because the two first books of the series were so great I will try the next book in the series once it’s written.

Struggles to finish this one honestly despite being a fan of the series. The narrator did a great job but I found the plot slow. The conflict in the relationship of the main characters felt a contrived and stretched a bit thin for a full length story. .Great to see cameos from Ilya and Shane and Scott and Kip.I guess this one just didn\’t work for me

I adored heated rivalry and was not disappointed with this one either. Both performances were amazing and I truly cannot get enough of these hockey players. If I had any complaints it was only for the story to be longer because I just want more!

highly recommend this book-great characters,unique and interesting. Can\’t wait for the next book in the series.
