Narration is excellent. I look forward to the next book in this series. A super war strategist emerges in book 2. Spider Major Tayorness saves the day; and he might even be a future love interest for Tynisa. Felisa Mein may be a future love interest for Tisimond; and Stenwold has a love interest in Arriana. Stenwold Maker, Arriana, Balkis, Spider Major Tayorness, Tynisa, Tisimond, Sparra, Achaos and Nero end up at Collegian while Cheermaker, Salme, Dragon\’s Delight, Gavid (Wasp Sila turned on), and Minon Thalmes band together heading towards Collegian. Poor Totho is stuck with Drethos. Mosquito Octepren told King Alvedon that Sila has run off with the shadow box with contains the soul of the Drackion.
