Extreme Ownership
Combat is regarded as the most dynamic and intense environment that teaches some of the most valuable and toughest lessons of life. The authors’ duo got the opportunity first-hand to learn all about this when they were deployed into the dangerous and violent battlefield in Iraq. As the leaders of one of the SEALs team, their mission seems to be quite impossible. It was about supporting the American forces for the sake of securing Ramadi which was a violent city that looked to be all lost.
The two learned some great lessons about leadership with their experiences with a tragic loss, heroism, and hard-won victories. It was their first-hand experience and worth sharing with everyone interested in learning a thing or two about leadership. They believe and inculcated the same in their audience that leadership is the most decisive factor whether a certain team fails or succeeds with their objectives.
