This is the first book in a new series from Ann Frazier. The protagonist in this series is Reni Fisher. She’s the daughter of a serial killer responsible for the murder of at least 30 women. Reni, an FBI profiler chose to leave law enforcement after she began getting flashbacks and hallucinations on the job. She saw her father’s face on her partner and tried to hurt him. As a young child Reni’s father used her to lure women that he would soon kill. Now an agent she doesn’t know needs her help. Her father has agreed to show where the bodies are buried, but only if she accompanies them. This is a very interesting and entertaining story. There are some great twists, especially towards the end. Although I am giving this five stars and believe this is the start of an excellent series, I do think the Body Reader series is better. Erin Bennett does a great job narrating. If you have kindle unlimited this book is $1.99 to purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you found this review helpful please indicate so. Thank You.

Some say they lost interest and have listened to better . I have listened to a lot of murder stories too and I would love to know what they have listened to because if it were better than this it would have to be awesome ! This to me is one of those stories that drew me in from the first. I tried to make it last by just an hour a day. That didn\’t happen. I\’d cut it off a couple of hours to eat or talk with friends, but this is one of those stories I couldn\’t put down ! The narrator goes up there with January Lavoy in my opinion. It has a good ending even though it\’s a part of a series. I can\’t wait for book 2 !

Audiobook Find Me (Inland Empire #1) by Anne Frasier

This took about 5 hours until it picked up. started slow for me. But I loved the last few hours. I kept running into the office at work to yell at my co-worker what was happening. I got a little amped up. overall I\’m glad I listened and appreciated that there wasn\’t any graphic sex and f-words. it was a little disturbing at times but nothing that would give me nightmares.

Audio Find Me (Inland Empire #1) narrated by Erin Bennett

It sounded like a good premise but the writer dragged the story out. Had one twist . Then a most ridiculous unbelievable scenario starts as an action suspense part of story. It is so incredibly STUPID !! It insults you!! Why do this?? Not worth anyone\’s time who has a brain cell.

I thought it must be impossible to write a mystery that didn\’t dissolve in horrid language and filth. So pleased to be wrong. Home run. I found myself worrying about the main character. Nice job with both writing and narrating. I will definitely read this author again.

    1. I almost made it through this book but finally decided there are too many good books to read or listen to rather than going on with one I am not enjoying. There were no surprises for me and I saw everything before it was revealed. Very predictable. I also did not enjoy the writing. The narration is great. I think that is what kept me listening. Anyway onto something else. Most of what I have listened to on Galaxy has been great. Thanks for sharing this wonderful audio books.
