Gladiator

Im sorry I love alpha male books with strong heroines but this girl was a complete twit. Zander should have left her useless ass behind. Note to the author Your writing is great your story is great but your heroine is an idiot. She was not strong she was a bitch.

What starts out as a gladiator type story quickly turns into a story full of mystery, betrayal, secrets, lies, atrocities, team work, and hot erotic love. In order for both of them to survive Xander is forced to sexually humiliate Kat in front of the spectators. This begins their journey for survival and love. Piper Stone, of course, puts many twists and turns in their way. Some may even catch the listener off guard. With Piper\’s words and Richard\’s narration I was captivated from the beginning and throughout the entire story. Richard Reynolds is a master storyteller who gives the characters their own distinctive voices. He makes the listener experience the emotions of these characters. I highly recommend this Audible book.

I was looking forward to listening to this book. It started off ok. But got worse and worse the more I listed. I tried to listen to it but I couldn\’t get threw it. Don\’t waste your time, money or credits on this one. Wasn\’t well written and very hard to listen to.

I love this gritty, alien, sci-fi adventure. Taken from Earth our heroine is entered into the \”games\”. The contender who \”wins\” gets to select his female and try to \’win\’ another challenge, which may mean escape from this brutal planet. There are rules that make this duo a \”couple\”. We also find out this is not as random as it originally seems. Complete entertainment.

Kat\’s dad was a pompous @$$hat with a super ego. All the lies and cover ups enraged me. Slaves. testing, fighting for the king\’s enjoyment had me seeing red. That planet was inferior not superior!!! Ulterior motives and it seems everybody had their own agendas. A lot of sacrifices and ground covered just to end up home again with a sigh of relief !!! There\’s no place like home!! A wild journey. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job with voices and expressions.
