Her mystery thrillers particularly in this series are phenomenal where you get to experience strong novels such as the Faithless in Death. The Conspiracy in Death novel by the author is also a brilliant one with an engaging storyline.
The narration of this book is done by Susan Ericksen. She is a phenomenal narrator as she managed to give life to the well-written characters of this novel. The experience of the audiobook in her voice will be outstanding.
Interlude in Death
It was the time of early spring in 2009 when Lt. Eve Dallas is called off the planet for the sake of facing a grueling ordeal. She had to give a seminar at one of the largest and most prestigious police conferences of the year. It was planned to be organized at a swanky resort. It was a resort owned by Roarke, her husband.
Even though Lt. Eve Dallas cannot quite see things that way, but it was partly seen as a vacation as well. But, the work there intrudes in the form of a murder scene, and Lt. Eve Dallas is off and running. The case was quite complicated due to the personal history of Eve with the victim and also due to the history of the murderer with Roarke. Just when danger closes in further and the death count rises, Eve must look for some way to restrict the cycle of revenge and violence. She must shove the past back to the place where it belongs.
