Mr. Romantic left me speechless after reading it. I had to collect my thoughts, talk about an emotional roller-coaster. My brain was like WTF did I just read to OMG I love them to I didn’t think I would like a certain scene (which was well written, props JA Huss) but ALL in ALL, Mr. Romantic was off the HOOK (in a good way)!!!!! JA Huss writing is SUPERB!!!

Ok, So Mr Romantic is not really as Romantic as we think he will be but he is one Kinky Dude and I think the past has messed up his mind badly! But I’m tell ya Nolan and Ivy together is Good, Its a very good thing!!! Read this book, keep an open mind because that is what reading is about and its Fiction and this book isDirty, Raw, Hot and Fun and I Loved it!

Ok Julie this was It, well it was one of the Its for the Misters! We learn some things in quite the shocking way JA Huss likes to do to us! She Loves to bend your Mind and Bend you over backwards with the Oh My Gosh is this happening? YES, Yes she does, yes she Did!

So Nolan Delaney has made it, he has pushed through the past 10 yrs making his money in thriving Clubs in CA! The hot kind that everyone wants to go to but now he has grown bored and he had bought a piece of land way out in the desert in nowhere and is building an Extreme Golf and Spa Resort and its to open soon and he is trying to hire a Marketing Manager. Now this is where Ivy walk in, she gets a personal invite to interview for this position, she went to Brown University, is a Preachers Daughter and is also a Virgin who wants to get rid of her v card! So How about Brown University, Yes its were all the Misters got into trouble, Yep that’s the one. And she is flown out to CA to be interviewed for this position but first she has to sign a non-disclaimer about anything and everything that happens while she is their before she can even get on the plane, which leaves that next morning and she will be gone over the weekend, she only tells her best friend and they realize it is going to be with Mr Romantic, whom is still known at Brown as all of the Misters are….ok yeah it goes nuts from this. Nolans sister, is the sister that I disliked from the first words out of her mouth but also thought she secretly desired him…yep I was so far out in left field! Lol I can never figure out this woman’s writing ever! And the crap that happens from the time Ivy gets to the interview until she meets up with Nolan for “the date” a week or so later is just well it just blew my mind! They fulfill a Fantasy of Mr Romantic’s and or Nolan and he shows her how he came by the name pf Mr Romantic and it is a page ripper. It is done in as good of taste as it can be. And to learn why Nolan likes this stuff well you’ve got to read to find that out, I am not spoiling that nope I am not telling.This entire book is not what I expected. She is scared at points but that is what the fantasy is suppose to be about, trust that it is a fantasy! .Remember the book is fiction, not real! Some parts were hard to take and I didn’t love that, but in how it all ends yes I Loved it! That Nolan has other talents and I mean a very good talent? Heck No I didn’t expect that, the freaky sister Nope, the mean dad, Nope. But for all to have happened back 10 years ago to have messed these guys up so badly? Yes, yes I did. and or well was it really her? Or was it made up and or to look as it was rape, maybe its a mastermind at work here. I mean she ended up dead and 5 guys were charged, and or is it going to be a Mister or someone close to them? I dunno and cannot wait to find out! I was truly surprised Mr Perfect wasn’t more messed up after reading this but hey being set up as a Rapist and almost tried in court for it and never ever being able to talk about it amongst each other, well Yes they should all be messed up! But Nolan was a little closer to the situation I believe than Mack was and so are some of these other guys and what Nolan did that night with said girl, well that was his only mistake! Goodness I cannot wait for the rest of these books! I cannot believe Oliver is a Mister and I cannot believe Five is in this book! Also I cannot wait to see what Mr Mysterious picked up from the bed! Come on with the next Mister Please!

I LOVE THIS SERIES The Misters are going to Blow our Minds like well every time we pick up one of these books until it is Over! But maybe it’ll even be more of a shocker than the normal JA Huss books, yep the ones that usually completely mess up my mind for a long time! One Click this book people dont miss out BUT Read Mr Perfect First or you will be lost!

Ivy, a sheltered preachers daughter is invited to a mysterious job interview. She’s tired pf leading a boring predictable life and decides it is time to bring new Ivy into the world. Reading Julie’s books is what I think bungee jumping or cliff diving might feel like. The anticipation, the frightening feeling in the pit of your stomach, the idea that what’s about to happen is crazy, the buildup, the jump, the free fall and total abandon.
Mr. Romantic was the epitome of all these feelings. I know going into a book by JA Huss that I’m going to jump, and I just don’t know how far I’ll fall. And boy did I fall!!!

I was received this ARC in exchange for my honest review. Allow part of the Mister series, this is a complete book that can be read as a standalone.

I have previously enjoyed and highly rated this author and am absolutely gobsmacked at this churned out rubbish.
I can’t get over the contrast in quality of story and writing between this series and this author’s previous work. I read the 1st in the series and was a bit disappointed but thought it might be a blip. Most definitely not so. This was so terrible that I actually don’t believe it’s by the same author and am wondering has she got a ghost writer to do this series?
The characters are one dimensional, annoyingly irritating, entitled idiots. The storyline is one of the most ridiculous I have ever come across and I think whoever did write this knows it to be true, if them trying to explain away inconsistencies within their own story is any indication!
The “rape” scene was totally off the wall, didn’t fit and wasn’t necessary in any way.
The reason for the “misters” being accused of gang rape was beyond ludicrous. I didn’t get the point of any of the story at all because there isn’t a point. It was all written around a scene that the author appeared desperate to get in but as I’ve said didn’t fit. It was feeble and lame to the extreme and I’m annoyed with myself for reading it to the end, so I definitely won’t be reading any more in this series. It was so bad that I don’t think I’ll be bothering with any more by this author, or their ghost writer if that is what’s gone so horribly wrong.
Utterly bemused. Returned for a refund.

After reading Mr Prefect a few weeks ago I really wanted to carry on with the series – listening to the audio as I enjoyed the first book so much. Mr Romantic is not the same as Mr Prefect and I didn’t find him Romantic at all ! Im normally a big fan of the dirty talking alpha male but something about Nolan just turned me off he’s constant use of the f word really annoyed me. As I said I listened to the audio version of this book the voice of Nolan was fine but I found the narration of Ivy to be very breathy to a point I had to stop listening at 77% and switch to reading. There’s also a plot line in this book that I wasn’t comfortable with at all Ivy went from naive virgin to acting out a very taboo scene within a week, this scene was not for me and I’m no prude it just didn’t float my boat !!!! It would seem that this book didn’t hit the mark for me but there were some parts I really enjoyed – the plot of who set them up had me gripped and I want to read the others in the series but Mr Romantic wasn’t for me !
