K-pop Confidential audiobook free
Listened to this one happily this week. Joy did a great job narrating, even when she had to read for the male voices. Loved hearing Candace Park’s journey from New Jersey High school student to a KPop idol trainee. It sounded well researched and completely believable. I’m giving finger hearts to this one!!!!

Overall, it\’s a cute book with likable characters and a very basic outline of what it\’s like to train as a K-Pop hopeful. You can see a lot of the twists and turns coming from miles away, so when they happen, it\’s not too impactful. This is most obvious and, in my opinion, damages the book most right at the end where it just kind of falls flat. I definitely enjoyed the build up and the descriptions during the actual competition the most. If you\’re a fan of K-Pop, give it a shot. It\’s by no means a bad book! Just a predictable one.
