Loser Takes All-Book one in the Up Ending Tad Series by Kora Knight!

Tad is attending a frat party with a bunch of his friends and this is where it all starts. His drunken friends ditch Tad and now he ends up getting hustled by three beefy jocks at a poker game. Now the fun or horror for Tad begins as he must pay these jocks not with money but with either a few broken bones or a session of flogging with Scott. The least of Tad’s worries is not the taunting he has to endure by the jocks but the lustful feelings he endures from Scott.

I loved the three jocks and the quick and funny banter between them and Tad was so much fun, I just wished they got more involved. Tad keeps protesting that he is straight but I question that as you will read he does seem to eventually enjoy the session with Scott. The conversations between Tad and Scott was so funny and you can tell that there is a trust factor even though Tad doesn’t feel it at the beginning. I have to say I loved how the author brought us on a discovery of the flogging world and wrote it in such a way that it was not too intense but just enough. For Tad this was only about paying off his debt and getting the hell out of there but that does seem to change, for Scott it was more about the pleasure that this would give both men. This book was written as a scene but in all honestly it felt much more than just a scene. Now the big question will be, can Tad stay away since he is paid in full or will he be coming back to Scott to take this adventurer even further.

This is one of the best BDSM stories that I have ever read and OMG the flogging session between these guys was so hot, I was in a state of passion for what they were going through. The author wrote this novel so well that it makes you want to try some flogging with Scott, you actually felt like you were in the room with these men. Kora brilliantly created these fun and sexy characters and her detailed account of flogging was one of the best BDSM reads. I highly recommend this novel, Loser Takes All by Kora Knight for anyone that wants to read about a hot and steamy session with two beautiful men.

Warning if you don’t like a story that takes it time to develop, hot guys,flogging, and hot sex run! If however you want a story that ramps up the tension in slow increments and keeps you waiting for a really sweet end here it is. Scott and Tad are two guys you want to know more about, How Scott a personal trainer and Tad were brought together due to a frat-boy dare. How Tad started to understand why he has a problem dating girls and staying in relationships. This is the first book in a series of 4 at this time. At the moment I am in the middle of book two. Kora Knight is one of my favorite authors because while her characters may wonder about their feelings and sexual identity they are not the angst filled characters who beat his head against the wall for endless pages screaming why boring the reader to tears and leaving many books unfinished. Anyone who likes the m/m genre will enjoy this read and say thank goodness I can read 3 more right away!

What a hot, unexpected read. I wasn’t expecting much from this book based on the page length and the blurb. But boy was I wrong. The sex was hot and mind-blowing (one of the best I’ve read), yet the couple was different from anything from I’ve read.

The characters of Scott and Tad are more than one dimensional, but this book is the first of 6 and we didn’t see a plethora of character development in terms of words/page length, yet she still put a lot of development into Scott and Tad in only 80 or so pages. However, Kora Knight was still able to show Tad’s reluctance, yet desire for another man and we get to see Scott’s playful side. I don’t know how to describe it anymore than this, but it was just a fun, sexy read. Ms. Knight keeps her stories short and sweet, but I don’t how she can pack so much emotion and character development in so little pages.

I would recommend just buying her entire series at once so you can have a fun and easy, yet sexy read on the beach.

This was a great audiobook! The writing was wonderful, and kept me anxious to find out what would happen next; and the narration was fantastic. This was a great pairing of an author I admire and a narrator who is a favorite. I’m definitely going to listen to the rest of the series! The characters of Scott and Tad were fun to get to know, even in the awkward situation they were in.

This has to be the most well written book of Erotica that I have ever read. If you were to ask me before I finished reading this book on whether or not I would ever give a 5 Star rating to a book of Erotica, I probably would have said no. Erotica is meant to sexually charge the reader and this one does it in so many different ways. The sex is hot but not in your face, this is really hard to explain. You all know what to expect in Erotica, but this Author took it to a level that is hard to explain.

Tad is one of the most wonderful characters. This book takes him on a journey of self discovery. Everything that Scott hands him he accepts, but at the same time it makes him question himself and more importantly Why is he so accepting. Scott is a master of what he does, he takes Scott on one of the most intriguing sexual scenes, Ive ever read. Nothing is rushed, but it isnt drawn out, its more like a meticulous plan without being calculated. Kora Knight, a new voice in Erotica, deserves a place at the top.
