Lost and Found in Cedar Cove audiobook free

What a wonderful short story. Only Debbie Macomber can write a short story that fills your heart and warms your inside just as if you have read one of her novels. I have been searching for something for a love story that could draw me in as well as Debbie’s Cedar Cove series. This is a wonderful addition to the series.

Reading Debbie Macomber’s books is like seeing an old friend and catching up on each others life. I have been a fan for what seems like forever. I read the Cedar Grove books years ago and remembered and loved the characters and their stories. Meeting Jo Marie in this book was wonderful and her connect with other characters in Cedar Cove was like coming home after bring away!! The icing on the cake!! Love this book!!!
Any book by Debbie Me com her is a must read!!

Lost and Found In Cedar Cove is an eshort in the Rose Harbor series by popular American author, Debbie Macomber. As Jo Marie discusses plans for her rose garden and gazebo with her prickly handyman, Mark Taylor, she realises her closest companion, her dog Rover, is absent. After a search of the grounds, Jo Marie spends an anxious afternoon searching for him. But Rover appears to have plans of his own that involve a certain pair of teens. what is not to love? Debbie’s new Rose Harbor Inn series is set in a wonderful place that allows us to meet new people that are not all Cedar Cove residents. This story, however, sets up the interestilng friendship between the owner of the Inn and the handyman who loves coffee (it is Washington after all) and cookies. It also introduces a new romance between two new characters. I love the Kindle singles that bridge the gap between novels in a series. For a few cents, I am able to get back in touch with the series while I wait for the newest book to be released. Debbie does not dissappoint. Her stories are romantic, contemporary, and down to earth.

Typically, I don’t read novellas simply because they are too short; the character development just doesn’t happen because the story doesn’t have enough “time”. Lost and Found in Cedar Cove was exceptionally short. I feel like it could have been a chapter in one of the full length novels instead of it’s own story.

Jo Marie’s dog, Rover disappears and she becomes increasingly worried about finding him. Her contractor/handy man, Mark tells her not to worry, but she doesn’t listen. There is a bit more to the story, but not much more. Very disappointing, especially considering I LOVED the Cedar Cove series, and it’s spinoff series, Rose Harbor.
