Our Emily audiobook free
When I left England 8 years ago, I gave a huge box full of this Adams Family saga to my Nan. She sadly passed away and no one knew where the books went. I’d read them all and loved the whole collection. So now, I’m collecting them on my kindle, never to be lost again.

Our Emily audiobook Series Mary Jane Staples
I rated this book 5 star as it is the type of story I love. It was full of detail and you felt you were part of the family all the way through. It is very descriptive of the area of where the family live and so full of detail of their family life. You just have to keep reading to see what happens next.

Audiobook Our Emily by Mary Jane Staples
Very disappointed! After reading and loving the first of the Adams Family saga’s and falling in love with the characters, I thought this was a book about the wonderful Emily who had definitely made her mark in the first book. If you read a title that says ‘Our Emily’ and the introduction is about her and what happens to her then that is what you expect to read about. Unfortunately, Emily made rare appearances in this book and it was more about Sammy and Susie and Sammy’s up and coming enterprises. If I wanted to read about those two I wouldn’t have bothered spending my hard earned money on ‘Our Emily’ What a disaster!

Times may hard for Emily and Robert, they have the love support of Robert’s brothers Tommy and Sammy along with his sister Lizzy and the Chinese Lady. But after his sight is restored, it leads to many positive things for the Adams family.
This is the second book in the series, and it just keeps getting better. The character’s are rich and plot keeps the reader wanting more from the Adams family

I gave a bad review for the first book in the series, as I didn’t like how it was written,and I couldn’t get on with it,but..I persevered and am now hooked! I’m reading this one (the second in the series) and will carry on and read all 29! It was the humour that sucked me in and I fell in love with Emily and Sammy especially!
Re-visiting the series after 30’ish years & still enjoying it. Just finished book three, now on to On Mother Brown’s Doorstep. ‘Wonder if I can read all 29 books back to back…..? Lol!
