I was totally addicted to this passionate, intriguing conclusion to the Pervade Duet! I was so excited to find out what would happen to Emily, Xavier, and James after the heartbreaking ending to book one. Emily has been invited to James home in Montego Bay. She wasn\’t expecting the coldness James displayed when she arrived. But she saw the love that James was trying so hard to bury and she was determined to fight for both him and Xavier. Emily continues to show her strength and passion. I loved how Fewings brought us to the beginning of Xavier and James relationship, allowing us to understand their history and depth of their love. It also helps us understand the connection the three of them share. But there are so many secrets that still need to be revealed. This story is exciting, mysterious and seductive. The twists and turns keep you on a roller-coaster of emotions. I was so lost to the amazing storytelling of narrators Shane East, Will Watt, and Lucy Rivers as they brought this sophisticated and sexy story to life! They were so perfectly cast, as they delivered a moving performance making me feel all the complex emotions of all three characters. East was amazing as he brought out the conflicting emotions of loving two people while struggling with the tragic loss of his wife. Rivers, once again does a great job delivering dynamic, and authentic voices while making me feel Emily\’s fervor to keep the three of them together. Watt\’s portrayal of Xavier was spot on to round out this stunning vocal performance. All three narrators complimented each other perfectly as they brought this thrilling, provocative, and sexy story, with all it\’s twists and turns to life making this the perfect conclusion to the Pervade Duet.

A steamy, beautiful love story with heart, heat and substance. It has every emotion in you pouring out while experiencing the author’s words through brilliant narrators. This is a 5-star Romance; Fewings has mad skills for character development.

When Emily is invited to Montego Bay, she is happy to go to see her men. But when James is there alone and giving her the cold shoulder, she doesn\’t know what to expect. Fewings picks up where we left off in the first book of this series, but lets us in on a few of the secrets. The first and most important to me is getting to know James and Xavier(Xander) better. Their meeting and friendship is integral to this threesome. Thrilling suspense is set in with budding romance and their story is incredibly moving. But where does it leave us with the three of them? There are still secrets that need to be revealed and only James can let them out and let them find their happiness. With his painful past, is he willing? This book is so worth the listen. Again, Fewings had me entranced and loving every minute of their story. Her writing is smart and steamy, the best kind of listen. Now what could make this book even better? Add in Will Watt and Shane East to the narration with Lucy Rivers.This trio was incredible. East brings James to life with his cold bravado, letting us feel his pain while also feeling his love. Watt as Xavier is the perfect casting. This man can find the essence of Xavier, and bring out his genius tendencies and his vulnerable and loving sides. And Rivers is just incredible as Emily. A better cast could not have been chosen.
