Susan Ericksen narrated this chapter and she once again did it brilliantly. Her performance was quite satisfactory and the audience will surely have a very good time with this audiobook.
Portrait in Death
After receiving a tip from some reporter, Lt. Eve Dallas discovered the body of a young lady somewhere in the Delancey street dumpster. Just a few hours before, the news base received a mysterious portfolio with different pro portraits of the lady. Those pictures looked nothing out of the ordinary for any charming young lady starting a career in modeling. The exception here was that she was not a model at all.
All of those pictures were taken right after she got killed. Now, Eve is on the tail of a murderer who is an artist and a perfectionist. He observed and recorded every move of the victim quite carefully. His mission was to own the innocence of every young woman.
