Joe is rather different as compared to an average man because he has always been looking for some catharsis. In the game world, he can kick anyone in the gut without an explanation and can go on his ventures without explaining it to anyone else.

Motives and aims are all personal here and you don’t have to care about others because they are not real. But as Joe remains more in this new world he starts developing an association with his team and tries to protect them from the upcoming threats.
Team players are all necessary for Joe because they are the only allies he has in the world that has turned into his enemy suddenly. Dakota Krout has done it again here by producing emotions in a story that is based on the characters of a video game. One human makes a difference here because he is not following the routine pattern rather he has brought vision and planning to this patterned world.
The narrator had to be vigilant in such stories and that’s why Vikas Adam was there in the stock. It was Vikas’s last performance for the series as he would not be appearing in Rexus: Side Quest. So the narrator has tried to leave the series on a high note i.e by giving his best performance in narrating this wonderful book full of action.
