Sweet Emotion (East Coast Sugar Daddies #1)

The story is always 4 or 5 stars, because if I wouldn\’t like the story as ebook, I wouldn\’t listen to the audiobook. The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can\’t listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn\’t so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I\’m just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review. PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!! To my ratings: 5* – very very good it\’s like an A+ 4* – very good and will be often re-listening it\’s like an A 3* – it\’s more then a one-time-listening. it\’s like a B

I liked that Harrison and Kade have chemistry when they first met. The story was short, but I would have liked to continue a focus on their growing relationship. The narrator was okay; a little breathy.

I was concerned at first that I might feel off centered by Harrison\’s disability. However, by page 2 I had forgotten about it all together and was completely taken back by the story line and the character\’s. Mr. Long has done an excellent job in his narration of this book and it adds so much more to the over all enjoyment of this story. I spent an pleasant evening by the fire listening to the first book in this really great series. Harrison is a man who takes no time for himself and makes no time for pleasures. While poor Kade is doing everything he can to help his patients while keeping his spirits high. They are a match just waiting to happen. This was a compelling, enjoyable and entertaining book. The entire series is a worth while read, just don\’t make the mistake I did and read it out of order, even though it says it\’s ok, you will see it\’s not. An avid reader/listener in Rock Tavern, NY.

This is a good story I’ve read all in this series and the previous series. The narrator for this story though was very dull and flat. There was no real attempt at voices or inflections which is a shame for this type of book.

The story was sweet and enjoyable — a disabled alpha in need of someone to love and found his love through mistaken identity and a dating app. There\’s some angst but very well handled and the doubts each MC have were based on how they see themselves. Narration was a bit monotone but acceptable.
