El libro está aceptable, pero el insight más destacado desde mi perspectiva es que te enfoques en tus fortalezas (perfeccionar lo que ya haces bien requiere el mismo esfuerzo que convertir una habilidad en la que no eres bueno en algo mediocre). Sin embargo, he adquirido y leído algunas publicaciones de HBR (incluyendo esta) y siempre me parecen excesivamente valoradas. El precio que tienen no respalda la información que brindan, al menos según mi opinión.
