Piper Piper Piper what you do to me. This is my second book from you and you just make me want more and more from you. I know I have a running joke with you about paperbacks but I would have read all the work from this series is it had been. Your work is just that amazing. I loved the first book and I can easily say this one was just as strong. I loved the couple from this book. They each gave as good as they got. They were each fully realized. The story was just as strong. Mafia stories can get a bit stale. In your hands they have become magical. Great job Piper! denise bailey

Chose this rating because I always wanted more. Couldn\’t put it down. So many problems issues the mafia faced each day. Whether it was pride, betrayal ,deceit,revenge , love it all had tobe dealt with. If mafia is your thing this book covered it all. Enjoy!

As I have come to expect, this is yet another well-told story featuring a darkly motivated male paired with a strong female character, neither wanting anything to do with the lives they were born into.

This was Hot! Hit! Smokin!!! Michael Cappalini grew up in a mafia family and all that that entailed, the usual trappings and the riches and also the tragedy of watching his mother murdered something that had stayed with him and made him keep a distance from the family business, but no more his marker has been called in by his father a man who will not take no as a response. Michael Cappalini is better known in the film world by his acting name of Kelan Rock but to his father he is always called by his given name, he has never wanted anything to do with the family business the Mafia however with the murder of his mother that had pushed him away and now the subsequent assassination attempt of his father he has had to come up with a plan. Kidnapping Francesca Alessandro a mafia princess who is being forced to marry an evil sadist with no thought to her objection or feelings, she is simply expected to comply but she is spirited and has an inner fire and spirit. As the [pair spend time together it soon becomes apparent that they have more in common with each other than they realise and as he tries to keep her in line their feelings begin to change and the chemistry is apparent to anyone that cares to look. This was a simply stunning story and it was impossible not to be totally enchanted by the characters and once I started reading this book it was impossible to put it down until I completed the book. I cannot wait for future book in this wonderful genre I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

A truly outstanding dark mafia romance with a subtle undertone of enemies to lovers that will capture the readers attention & does not let go until the last page has been turned. The story-line & plot is suspenseful, well-written & intriguing with well-developed characters that have unique distinctive personalities which ultimately complement each other. There is: a rather reluctant Don (Michael), a mafia princess (Francesca), law enforcement, assassins, family issues, twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, mystery, secrets, adventure, action, vengeful feelings, devious plans, abduction, danger, threats, enemies, violence, brutality, suspicions, manipulations, defiance, domination/submission, discipline, spanking, attraction, trust issues, memories, confrontation, betrayal, discovery, love, contentment, steamy scenes & a interesting ending.
