The Boy from the Woods is a suspenseful mystery thriller with a gripping storyline. It is beautifully written by Harlan Coben who has impressed the audience with quite a good number of exciting mystery thrillers. A Couple of his most amazing novels include the likes of Don’t Let Go and Run Away.
Steven Weber did the narration of this novel. He is an experienced performer and managed to pull off a sensational performance that will mesmerize you to the fullest.

Wilde was found some 30 years ago as a young boy living savage in the woods. He had no memory of his past. As an adult now, he still doesn’t have any idea from where he came from. On this current day, another kid goes missing. It was Naomi Pine and nobody was taking her disappearance seriously, including her father. However, there was one exception of Hester Crimstein who was a TV criminal attorney. She came to know through her grandson that Naomi Pine used to be severely bullied at school. Hester connects with Wilde to find out that with whom she used to share a tragic connection so that his very unique skills could be employed for finding the missing girl Naomi.
For the sake of finding Naomi, Wilde must go back into the community where he couldn’t fit himself at all. It is a place that protects the powerful even when they are keeping huge secrets, which could take the lives of millions of people.
The realistic nature of this novel with believable characters is the actual unique selling point of this novel. The author spun the story quite well while making the plot sound quite plausible. You will love it for sure.
