While I was listening to this book, it made me think of my old self where I don’t exist at the moment even though I live in it. If I will try to make the people around me understand the difference between my old self and the new me which totally relate to this story. I would make them read The Power of Now. Powerful enough to make you face everything because you yourself have faced it in you. There is only one self and that reflects everything we do.
